I was looking for an English school near my hotel, while visiting London. Ingla was just a few meters away, so I chose it and discovered that it wasn't just the closest option, but also the best, both in terms of quality and relationships: engaging and motivating lessons, skilled and friendly teachers and a great group of students who usually go to the pub to socialize and practise their spoken English. What an unforgettable experience!

Perfect, I studied twice at the school.
A very great school to learn; it is not only a school but a place like home when you are away.
Teachers are very available and give you good advice and are always here to help.
The learning program is very full and interactive.
This is the place to be if you want to learn English with fun activities.
Also, they propose activities outside class from time to time.
It was a great experience; I will definitely recommend it to my French friends.
Thank you, Ingla, keep doing the great job you do.
Special high-five to Martina and Paul, very great teachers to have, and also the nice morning Italian receptionist.
But all of them are great in the end.
Ingla WE love you ❤️Nadia

Studying at Ingla was one of the best decisions I've made for my English journey.
I arrived feeling insecure about speaking English, but I left with much more confidence to communicate, participate in conversations, and express myself naturally. The teachers created a welcoming environment where making mistakes was simply part of the learning process, and that made all the difference.
Beyond improving my English, I met incredible people from different countries, made friends that I'll always remember, and experienced cultural exchanges that were just as valuable as the lessons in the classroom.
The entire team was kind, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping every student grow. You can truly feel that they care about your progress, not just your time at the school.
I'm deeply grateful for this experience. It exceeded all my expectations, and I already can't wait to come back—next time for even longer.
Thank you, Ingla, for helping me become a more confident English speaker and for giving me memories that I'll carry with me for a lifetime.

I attended Ingla School for 3 months, and it was an amazing experience.
The staff and teachers were always kind, friendly, and ready to help whenever I needed support.
The lessons were well organized, engaging, and very useful.
I improved my English a lot and now I feel much more confident when speaking.
The atmosphere at the school is also fantastic. I met so many kind and friendly people, both among the staff and the other students, which made my experience even more enjoyable.
Another thing I really appreciated was the extracurricular activities organized by the school. They were fun, well planned, and a great opportunity to meet new people, practise English outside the classroom, and enjoy the experience even more.
I highly recommend Ingla School to anyone who wants to improve their English in a welcoming, professional, and positive environment.

I attended the IELTS preparation course for five weeks, and I found Joanna to be an extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely helpful teacher. Unfortunately, I was unable to continue the course because the schedule no longer matched my working hours.
However, despite my decision not to continue, both Joanna and Martina were incredibly supportive. Joanne provided me with very valuable additional IELTS preparation materials to help me continue studying independently, beyond what we had already covered during the lessons. Martina, who had taken the IELTS exam herself last year, also shared extra materials and resources she had personally prepared, without me even asking for them.
This really showed me that this is not a school focused only on money, but a place that genuinely cares about students, their wellbeing, and their success. The staff truly want to help people improve their English and achieve their goals. You can clearly see this from the way they support students even beyond the classroom.
I also appreciated the fact that when I explained my reasons for leaving, they completely understood and agreed with my decision rather than trying to pressure me into staying.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this school to anyone preparing for IELTS or improving their English.

During the 1.5 months I spent in the UK, I attended this course and made really great memories thanks to the friendly atmosphere and the great teachers. I can see that my English has improved a lot, and it has been very helpful for my job. With the activities outside the course, you get the chance to socialize and improve your language at the same time. Next time, this place will definitely be my choice again. I’m so glad we met.

Very interesting school. It's not very far from the central London. The staff (administration and teachers) are always doing their best to help the students. The thing that you can't find elsewhere is that they try to find the most suitable schedule for the student. For the cost, you can't find better. I really recommend it.

My Experience at Ingla School of English
I just finished a one-month English course at Ingla School of English, and honestly, I’m pleased with my progress. In just a month, I’ve seen big improvements in my grammar and speaking skills, and I couldn’t have imagined that would happen so quickly.
A big shoutout to my teacher, Ms. Zu. She’s awesome! I loved how she taught—no boring days, always fun and engaging. She’s super patient and always willing to explain things again and again until you get it. Thanks to her, I always felt motivated and comfortable to ask questions and learn more. I appreciate her dedication.
I also want to say thank you to the Principal Mr. Michael and the lovely Ms. Tenesse, and all the other teachers. From the moment you walk in, you feel so welcomed and at home. The atmosphere makes you want to go to school every day. Honestly, I miss them now that the course has ended!

I met Ingla 2 years ago when I was in London on a tourist visa.
As a result of the detailed and warm meetings we had with the instructors and public relations officials who could speak Turkish, I came back to London to receive 11 months of training with a student visa.
I went through this process with extremely caring teachers in classes determined according to your level. The friendship and school environment, especially the experiences regarding education, were quite satisfactory.
Since I had a job opportunity during this period, I had to pass the SELT B1 exam at Trinity College in 4 different skills in order to get a work visa.
Ingla helped me during this period as well, while I was attending normal classes, I also had the chance to take 1:1 lessons and they prepared me for this exam in a literally short time.
Thanks to them, I passed these exams without any stress.
Endless thanks to these truly sincere, hard-working and helpful people.
With Ingla you won't waste your money and time.
Thanks for your efforts.

I can undoubtedly recommend this school to you, my experience was excellent both for the various types of lessons it offers adaptable to your needs such as that of exclusively improving the pronunciation of the English language or grammar or the complete course etc etc, both for the environment I found, in short it feels good, it is a welcoming, cheerful and human environment.
The lessons can be planned according to your work needs or your schedule and as always the rule always applies that the experience is better if you are in good company, personally I have met some wonderful people, of many nationalities and with whom I will remain in contact, the teachers are fabulous and you will feel good even if you have difficulties as in the case of a person who is starting to study English, in short, don't worry.
I was forgetting to talk about the extracurricular activities that are organized such as visits to museums, parties, visits to various places in London such as amusement parks or pubs, it goes without saying that if you go in the company of the people you hang out with You can enjoy the courses and the professors much more if English is used during these outings, as in fact happens, learning is faster.
At the reception you will find girls or boys who usually speak and understand more than one language, in my case obviously Italian, so even if you are at an initial level, approach them without problems, they will still help you even if you speak a language unknown to the rest of the staff. world, I don't mean that the lessons are in two or more languages, they will be in English but we will still find a way to understand each other.
Happy learning, I'll post one of the photos I took during the visit to the natural history museum and where I had a lot of fun 😁.

All the teachers are cheerful and considerate of students. Not only about learning English, but also about homestay and life outside of school, they consulted me, and I was very mentally helped while studying abroad.
There are regular events to go to pubs and bowling and so on. You can get along with students other than your classmates as well.
The proportion of Japanese is small, and it is recommended for Japanese people who want multinational friends.
It is convenient for commuting to school and shopping because there are the tube station and bus stops in front of this school, and it is located on a high street.

For me, Ingra is not only a school, but also my home in the UK. Or if you've decided to learn English as a foreigner, this school should be your first (and best) safe place in London. Having tried a few other language schools, I can say the people here are great. Once you visit here, you will definitely realize its meaning.
It may not be a well-known school for people like me who are coming to the UK for YMS, but after trying many other schools, I personally recommend it the most. In addition to being able to experience British culture through extracurricular activities, I was able to receive a discount on tuition through the internship system, and I was able to get closer to the students, which gave me the opportunity to slowly change my shyness. Please take a trial lesson once ☺️

Honestly, it’s more than just a school: it is the perfect place to improve English, make new friends from all over the world. The teachers are great, there are a lot of activities. I really miss pub nights. Thank you for everything.

I was studying in Ingla and It was a amazing experience, the team had helped me with every inquiry that I had about the courses and in general, they are so nice. I attended a B2 general English and a Speaking course every evening. I especially like the B2 because the group was smaller and we had a lot fun while we were learning, Nelson was my teacher and I think his teaching method is great, I also had such a nice group.
In my opinion the speaking class could be improved, or better classified. For me was boring sometimes because I couldn’t realize the activities cos the difference of level wit some classmates. But the teacher are well qualified and helpful.
I hope to come back soon to continue the improvement of my skills.
The activities o Friday with Alex are stupendous.
