Classes run in the morning, afternoon, and evening at our school in Turnpike Lane and range from General English and Speaking to IELTS, Cambridge and Trinity exam preparation and more. Candidates must be responsible, eager to learn new skills, and willing to jump into new and exciting opportunities.
Responsibilities would include preparing and delivering 1 ½ hour EFL lessons, maintaining planning and assessment records up to British Council standards, and scope to explore where your skills and talents take you. Professionalism and experience are highly valued, but we are willing to train the right candidate. A passion for creating new learning materials and course design, as well as the the ability to speak more than one language are a plus, but not necessary.

Ingla.Online is looking for tech-savvy, talented teachers for our online English lessons.
Ingla.Online is the digital arm of Ingla, a British-Council accredited school in North London. As such, we aim to maintain the same high standards of teaching and learning online that we require at our physical school, and need highly-qualified and passionate EFL teachers to make this happen.
The right candidate must be quick to learn new online teaching platforms, have an excellent knowledge of the English language and how to teach it in a concise and engaging way, and be eager to take on a variety of classes ranging from 1:1 lessons, General English, to exam preparation and more.
Flexibility is key, as Ingla.Online is constantly creating new classes, and new opportunities for teachers to take on more responsibilities.
Responsibilities would include preparing and delivering 1-hour online English lessons, maintaining planning and assessment records, and liaising with our Director of Studies for scheduling and academic purposes. Teachers who are available at suitable times for Latin American and Asian students would be a plus, but not necessary.

Ingla is a warm, fun, and friendly English language school in North London, and we are looking for an administrator/receptionist who matches that description.
As an administrator, the ideal candidate would be able to learn new database systems and implement administrative processes quickly and effectively. Experience using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive is a must, as is the ability to work well in an experienced, close-knit team while also being able to work independently to make quick decisions within our administrative framework.
Responsibilities would include emailing and calling prospective students, listening to their needs, and helping them through the booking process. As a receptionist, great communication skills and a friendly demeanour are highly prized. Candidates should be responsible, punctual and flexible, and have experience handling card and cash payments. Being multi-lingual and living locally are would be a plus, but not necessary.

Ingla is a British Council-accredited English language school in North London that is brimming with talent and energy. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us spread the word.
The ideal candidate would feel comfortable marketing either on digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Email campaigns) or in the real world (creating business to business relationships), and helping to create and oversee written, photographic and video content to promote Ingla.
Responsibilities would include designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to generate new leads and increase the number of students attending Ingla or taking lessons via Ingla.Online. Communication skills are key, and the ability to adapt to and help evolve the school’s aesthetic profile are a must. Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator or other graphic/photo-editing software would be a plus, but not necessary.

Ingla’s Internship Programme is designed to help students who want to study English at our school, but don’t have the money to pay full price for our courses. We believe that the lack of money should never stop somebody from getting an education and making their dream come true.

Photographer / Videographer
If photography and filmmaking are your passions, you can help create the look of Ingla. All you need is a background in photography or filmmaking, a keen eye, your own equipment, and loads of creative ideas. You’ll be responsible for taking photos for Ingla’s promotions, marketing, social media and website, as well as on our trips and excursions. As a videographer, you’ll be involved in creating the concepts, filming and editing videos for our adverts, and educational material for our YouTube channel and website. Designer
We’re always interested in working with talented designers who have a unique style. You must be experienced with Adobe Illustrator, or a similar programme, and be able to show a portfolio of your work. As Ingla’s designer, you’d have the opportunity to express your creativity in making promotional material for our school and enrichment activities, and creating posts for our social media platforms. Marketing / Social Media Intern
Help us spread the word about Ingla through email campaigns, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. It would be ideal if you have experience with MailChimp or other marketing email programmes, and have some experience planning strategies to bring more attention to a company. Creativity and open mind are a plus, as is being very active on social media and understanding the latest trends.
SEO Expert
For this technical position we need an Inglan who has real, professional experience making websites more professional and optimising them so that search engines can find them. We aim to make Ingla’s website the best, most attractive site we can and we’d love your help if SEO is your area of expertise.
Cleaner
This position is essential for us at Ingla. We always need a hardworking person who wants to help us keep our school sparkling clean. You must be available to clean on Sunday afternoons, and be able to commit to a long-term course of study at Ingla.
